💉 GLP Update!

Took another shot today. Going slow so it’s a smooth experience. Lost 5 more pounds, so 10 pounds total lost! Currently at 229 lbs, keeping it real 😌

The biggest change? I barely notice hunger anymore—it’s honestly amazing 🙌

✨ Progress Update! ✨
Today, 10/24/2025, I got my second GLP-1 dose and I’ve already lost 5 pounds! 💪🥳

Side effects? Not many—just a bit of bloating/fullness after it’s inserted. The best part? I don’t constantly think about food anymore. I used to think about it all the time and snack constantly, but now I only eat when I choose to—it feels amazing!

I didn’t record my first dose because I was sick at the time, but I’ll be sharing updates every Friday from now on. With the guidance of Michele, I’m excited to see what’s ahead! 💖
