Dharma
At Dharma Wellness Institute, my intention is to walk a path of respect, curiosity, and reciprocity — to honor the land I live and work on, to protect the water that sustains me, and to contribute to the health and healing of my community.
Today, on Indigenous Peoples’ Day, I pause in gratitude. As an enrolled member with Ihanktonwan Oyate, my journey to learn and live the traditions is just beginning. There is much to learn about my culture, history, and responsibilities, but I’m beginning.
May today remind me to listen deeply, to learn from elders and their teachings, and to strive to live in alignment every day.
Wóphila — with gratitude and respect.
