Nutrient Buffer

Nutrient Buffer Equine ulcer and hind gut support supplement for horses - 100% natural alternative to H2 and Proton Recommended use: 1/3 cup with each feeding.

Nutrient Buffer® is for horses of all breeds, ages, and work loads. Unlike drugs, a horse will not build up a tolerance to it over time and require increased dosages to achieve the same initial effect. Nutrient Buffer® is Patented, time tested, and veterinarian approved. Horse Racing Supplement:

Since Marion Dupont-Scott did their classic ulcer study decades ago, showing that racing horses tended to dump a lot of stomach acid at the break from the gate, Nutrient Buffer®, the "original" digestive aid and buffering supplement given to horses prior to stressful conditions such as racing, helps horses race better, according to many prominent race track veterinarians who both have used and sold Nutrient Buffer® for decades. Premium Dressage, Jumping, and Endurance Supplement:

The Ulcer Condition has been reported over and over in the veterinary literature as a result of many kinds of stress as well as a high percentage of horses just standing in the field. Environmental toxins that have been steadily building up in the environment as ag chemical residues and water contaminants cause excess acidity in the living body. Nutrient Buffer® is the "original" natural digestive aid buffering supplement that helps soothe the gut, and aid in the body's ability to detox. Avoid feeding corn, alfalfa, soy and beet pulp. Avoid the red mineral and salt blocks, use white salt only or sea salt.

Colicky Horses often suffer from excess digestive acid and ulcers.

If you have a Colicky Horse, you can neutralize excess digestive acid with Nutrient Buffer liquid.

For decades, across every horse market, we’re not aware of anyone who has ever heard of a colicky horse on a recommended daily dose of Nutrient Buffer.

Excess acidity and diet problems can provoke colic attacks and gastric ulcers in horses. Nutrient Buffer helps soothe the gut, lubricates the intestines and aids in relaxation so that an impaction can pass.

YOU CAN safely neutralize excess stomach acid in horses OR use acid inhibiting drugs which offer negative side effects.

H2 and proton pump inhibitor drugs not only block mineral absorption (such as magnesium), they also compromise digestion, and often leave a horse more susceptible to ulcers than before treatment.

Don’t make a mistake. Neutralize excess digestive acid with Nutrient Buffer®.

If you suspect an ulcer, try to avoid scoping the horse, and instead, treat the symptoms. If Nutrient Buffer relieves the symptoms, you know the horse has excess digestive acid and a likely ulcer.

Scoping not only costs a lot more than Nutrient Buffer, it's invasive, extremely stressful to the horse, and the process can actually cause ulcers in horses that didn't previously have them.

Scoping can be dangerous and it's always expensive. Nutrient Buffer liquid is safe, affordable, easy to dose and it's nutritionally GOOD for horses.

Does your horse have a behavioral problem - or does it just hurt?

Ulcers are common in all kinds of horses. Decades ago, Marion Dupont Scott found that up to 90% of all racing horses, 80% of foals and even 15% of horses just standing in the field as pasture ornaments had ulcers. This was monumental, in that the textbooks of the day claimed that horses were not cap...

The only Proton Pump Inhibitor drug able to get licensed for horses in the U.S. is omeprazole because ALL acid inhibitors are very tough on the body. They deplete and prevent absorption of magnesium, contribute to incomplete breakdown and sterilization of food, and malabsorption of the nutrients a horse consumes.

Nutrient Buffer’s only effects outside of the stomach is its clean trace minerals and mono-unsaturated fats are just only good for the horse’s health.

Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) suppress acid production in the stomach. Accurate dosing can be very tough to estimate, and excessive use can lead to poor digestion of food and longer term health problems. PPIs aim to shut down gastric acid production in the stomach by direct inhibition of the proton....

Racing, jumping, eventing and dressage demand a lot from the hind end of a horse. Weakness in the hind limits performance and can also be dangerous to the rider if a horse goes down.

When your horse has a weak hind end, its strength and co-ordination are compromised. Depending on which rear leg is most affected, the horse will shift weight to the opposite front leg (the opposite diagonal) to maintain balance, as it takes three points on a plane to be stable.
