Birth By Design Doula Birth By Design is owned and run by Jennifer McCormick, I am a DONA Certified Doula. I offer doula s My husband Michael and I have 5 children.

I am a home school mom. I am a sinner saved by God's Grace. I have found through my own birth journeys that there are things that we do as laboring mothers that we do because someone said we have to with no explanation. My desire is to help woman feel that they have a voice and can still have a safe labor and delivery that will make for amazing memories. A Doula is not an antagonist toward the medical profession, they are a servant and helper to the mother, and her family. When done right, a great asset to the medical community.

I have not posted for a very long time, not because I have not been busy but quite the opposite. I have been busy working and living in the moment. I have had the privilege and joy of attending and supporting so many moms last year and this year. It makes me glad that I do what I do.
