This week, we’re excited to introduce Tylee! 🌟 What started as working with children with disabilities in school settings quickly grew into a passion for supporting kids in meaningful ways.

Tylee’s favorite part of the job is getting to see the kids every day—building those connections and being part of their growth makes each day rewarding. She brings a fun, lighthearted energy to sessions, helping create an environment where kids feel comfortable, engaged, and ready to learn.

With Tylee on the team, there’s always something to smile about 💙

Sometimes the best learning happens in the middle of giggles 🤍

Through play-based, naturalistic teaching, we create fun opportunities for our clients to build meaningful communication skills—like learning how to ask for “more” during their favorite activities (in this case… tickles 😄).

Moments like these remind us that progress doesn’t always look like sitting at a table—it can look like laughter, connection, and joy. 💙

✨ Maddi — 1 year (March 6)

Each of these women plays such an important leadership role in our clinic, showing up every day for our kiddos and for each other. Their dedication, compassion, and teamwork do not go unnoticed—and we are so lucky to have them on our team.
