Hi 👋🏻
There's been so many new faces in the studio so we thought we'd take the opportunity to (re)introduce ourselves!
👉🏻 We (Aaron and Kelsey) started dating in 4th grade. 📕 We have been married for 15 years and are proud puppy parents to Wally, Jack & George. 🐶
👉🏻 By day, Aaron is a pharmaceutical sales rep & Kelsey is a lawyer. You'll primarily find Aaron in the Cold Room teaching Cycle & CyRow. Kelsey teaches a variety of classes in the Hot Room, including Hot Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Yoga Strength & HIIT Pilates.
👉🏻 Kelsey has a recurring nightmare where she shows up to teach class at unusual locations and can't find the sound equipment. Aaron sleeps peacefully every night. 🙃
👉🏻 We've owned Sól Vibe for over 7 years! Which means we have folded thousands of towels, mopped the gym floor thousands of times, and taught thousands of classes!
👉🏻 Sól Vibe has survived COVID (flash back to online LIVE classes) and a surprise indoor flood 💦. All thanks to instructors that continually bring the heat and to members who show up wanting more! 🔥
👉🏻 We believe that showing up for yourself for 60 minutes is the best thing you can do for yourself and those around you.
👉🏻We believe in balance. Sometimes you eat a cookie and sometimes you do a burpee to every Roxanne (IYKYK).
👉🏻 Our marketing model is simple - We know that you'll walk out of class feeling better, stronger, and more at peace. You'll love how good it feels to be a little (or a lot) uncomfortable, whether you're holding half pigeon or doing your 3rd set of push-ups. We know that your post-class-good-vibe feelings will motivate you to walk through our doors again. 🫶🏼 We are grateful when you share your post-class buzz with your friends & family so that they can share in the magic, too.
👉🏻We don't believe in gimmicks, pushing marketing campaigns, or charging you for missing a class. [Aaron may call you out if you skip a class 🙃]
