I’m not here to curate perfection. I’m here to show up real.
These past few months have been about realignment, figuring out how I want to show up as a woman, mom, wife, daughter, sister, and someone who believes deeply in whole-person wellness.
I’ve been the plus-size bride who lost 100 pounds, the new mom who gained 40 during pregnancy, and the woman still finding her rhythm while nursing my 2½-year-old while navigating the endless opinions that come with motherhood.
I’m a midsized woman who sometimes gets the stares when I say I’m a health coach, as if wellness has a single look or size. But wellness isn’t about appearance. It’s about presence. It’s about how you live, how you love, and how you care for yourself through every season.
Motherhood has taught me that real self-care looks different in every chapter.
Some days it’s movement and home-cooked meals. Some days it’s giving myself permission to cry or scream because it can all be too much. Other days it’s rest and gratitude for the life I’m building, even when it feels messy.
I’m driven to create a life that feels aligned, one where I can nurture my purpose and still be present for Eriana as she grows.
If you’re navigating your own version of doing it all, you’re not alone.
