Pregnancy Aid & Information Center

Pregnancy Aid & Information Center The PA&IC began 30 years ago by a group of women who respected life. We are an all VOLUNTEER organization. No Medical Procedures at this location.

We do not accept cribs, mattresses, and breast pumps. We are an all VOLUNTEER organization dedicated to helping women in crisis pregnancies. Through pregnancy testing, referrals, for medical, housing, and financial help, adoption information, clothing and equipment our staff has helped many hundreds of young ladies choose alternatives to abortion.

Hillside Intermediate School had their annual service and donation visit to the Pregnancy Aid Center on Martin Luther King day. Students, parents and board members chipped in to help in our ongoing effort to ready our center for our clients with merchandise. What a beautiful legacy of service!

Some insight into our clients: they generally have tiny apartments and many don't have cars, so large toys and baby equipment are not helpful to them. Our young families often have the greatest need for their older children, so we ALWAYS need sizes 2T and up.

Remembering the dignity of each human being, please be mindful of donating clean and unbroken items. Each week we must toss dozens of donations, because they are so badly stained, missing pieces or deemed unworkable. That causes a serious disposal issue for us.

We need your prayers and continued support as we try and meet the needs of clients, who depend upon us for essential items for their children. Thank you.

In 2026 let God's grace guide us as we face the challenge of excessive inventory and limited space. For the next month our volunteers and board will examine our goals and assess how much merchandise we can accept at what times.

Our clients don't currently take these, so please refrain from donating them until further notice:
Books, CDs and videos
Breast feeding items
Adult clothing
Summer kids clothing
Stuffed animals
Toys with lots of pieces, including puzzles
Boppy pillows
Expired items

Pray for us as we meet the needs of our clients and think creatively how to best utilize our limited square footage .

2025 was a remarkable year for the Pregnancy Aid Center. Our client base topped 1,000 and our donations from churches, clubs, Scouts, hospitals and individuals were beyond our expectations. (Pictured here is a Girl Scout troup from
Immaculate Conception in Somerville, who collected diapers.) Our volunteers are literally miracle workers, helping our clients get essential supplies and clothing for their children. 2026 brings many challenges, because of our clients' needs and our limited space. Keep us in your prayers as we construct our strategies on how to best move forward.

The center will be closed 12/23 and reopen on 1/5.

Our biggest need are for coats for kids and moms and always diapers and wipes. Kids pj’s are a great winter treat.

Because of storage limitations, we ask that all summer clothes be donated in the spring.

Thank you to all our donors this year. Our client base has expanded expeditiously and your donations have allowed us to serve this community.
