Did you know just 10โ15 minutes of movement a day can help:

It doesnโt have to be the gym, try a short walk, stretching while watching TV, or parking a little farther away. If youโre walking outside in the cold โ๏ธ, be sure to bundle up, dress in layers, and cover your hands and ears to stay warm and safe. Every step counts toward a healthier you.
