Earth Day is a soft invitation to return to the earth beneath our feet, the rhythm within our wombs, and the ancient plant wisdom that has always held women so gently. šæ
Today, instead of rushing, step outside. Let your bare feet touch the soil. Wander slowly beneath the trees. Breathe deeply. Listen to the whispers of the forest. This is your reminder that healing does not always ask us to do more, sometimes it asks us to simply remember.
Create a simple Earth Day ritual for yourself:
š² Anoint your wrists or heart space with grounding oils like Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), or Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides)
šæ Take a slow barefoot forest walk and allow the earth to steady your nervous system
š Sit quietly with your hands over your womb space and breathe deeply, imagining roots growing from your body into the earth below
šµ Sip an herbal infusion and offer gratitude to the plants, trees, and soil that nourish us
The earth mothers us endlessly. When women gather in stillness, scent, breath, and nature⦠something ancient awakens.
Today I am honoring both Mother Earth and the sacred feminine within us all.
