Regularly changing the filters in your CPAP machine is crucial for clean, effective therapy. Here's why and how often you should change them:

💨 **Why Change Filters?**
CPAP filters trap dust, pollen, and other particles to ensure you’re breathing clean air. Over time, these particles can build up, reducing the machine’s efficiency and potentially impacting your respiratory health.

📅 **How Often to Change Them:**

Disposable Filters** (usually white):
Replace every **two weeks to one month**.

Reusable Filters** (usually gray or black):
Rinse weekly and replace every **3-6 months** or as they show signs of wear.

✨ Pro Tip:** Mark your calendar or set a reminder on your phone for filter changes to keep your therapy as effective as possible!
