Turns out science agrees — naps outside, homegrown food, and farm chores are good for kids. The rhythm of feeding animals, digging in the dirt, picking your planted produce, and dozing in the sunshine builds confidence and calm in ways screens never could. 🌻🍞

Knowing what’s in our food matters — for me, and more importantly for my kids 🌾
Teaching them where real food comes from, how it’s made, and why ingredients matter is one of the greatest blessings… second only to sharing it with all of you 💛

At Em’s Bread, we use only the best ingredients — most grown right here on our own farm — because good bread starts with good grain!

📖 We are studying Vikings right now in our homeschool and yall-im learning so much! Did you know they were farmers first?! Not the brutal raiders we think of …. The kids made their own Viking bread and it just may be a staple around here from now on! Homeschooling is such a journey of blessings 🥰
