My mission is to guide clients on their path to fulfillment where they learn to recognize and embody their greatest potential in body, mind and spirit. For the body path, I offer traditional therapeutic massage sessions, incorporating a variety of techniques to address each client's unique healing needs. On the mind and spirit paths, I offer Equine Gestalt (EGCM) and Gestalt sessions. These are available to individuals, couples and families, as well as groups. During EGCM sessions, I blend the powerful healing of the horse with the journey of personal discovery. Within all sessions a sacred and safe space is created allowing truth and authenticity to guide the client's path.

🌕✨ This week’s sessions are spoken for — thank you to everyone who felt the call. ✨🌕

If you missed your chance, the veil will still be soft and shimmering for a bit. I have a few time slots for Mini Sessions next week. The turn of the seasons continues to stir the air — a time when what’s hidden whispers, and what’s ready to shift rises to the surface. 🍂🕯️

If you’ve felt that pull in your spirit, trust it.

As we move into Samhain, the Celtic turning of the year, the veil between worlds grows thin. It’s a time to honor our ancestors, release what’s ready to rest, and meet the shadowed parts within us with compassion.

In Gestalt, this mirrors shadow work—bringing light to what’s been hidden so we can live more whole and true.

As nature retreats inward, my sessions shift from the round pen to my warm office. The horses stay home, yet they often greet me after sessions—as if they know the work continues without them. Somehow, I think they do.

If you’re feeling the call to explore your own shadow or honor this sacred season, I’m offering Mini Gestalt sessions—in person, by phone, or online, 35 minutes for $35.
A gentle way to reconnect—with yourself, and with what this season has to teach.

One by one, I’ve been tackling my “Get it Done Before Winter” list. It’s satisfying to finally eliminate projects that have lingered on multiple lists. I keep track of everything on a big Post-it pad. Notebooks get lost and pages get turned, but a big white sheet staring me down keeps my focus where it needs to be.
One of the many things on that list was chicken coop repairs. The little particle-board door the chickens use to come and go had finally given up. It wouldn’t hold the screws for the hinges anymore. Not a big deal in summer, but in winter we close it to keep the heat in.
Last week, something dug down to my railroad ties in two places and ripped out a section of fencing. Without that little door, whatever it was got inside the coop. I’m down two chickens. It’s more than just being cheated out of a few eggs—they were my responsibility. In the cold rain last Thursday, I repaired and fortified the fencing, covering the opening at night with a board and a cinder block. Yesterday, despite the wind pelting me with stinging sand, I pulled out my power tools and built a proper door—with slide bolts this time.
I felt awful that their safe space had been violated. Whether it’s children, a spouse, a beloved pet, or livestock, we’re all tasked with caring for someone at some point. Most often, we sign up for that job, so when something happens, we feel responsible.
Does this feel familiar? When something goes wrong, do you hang onto the guilt, or can you move through it with compassion for yourself? It’s not always as simple as making a new door. When it’s more challenging, I’m here to help you find your own way to repair—inside and out.

Have you ever wondered if the effort you’ve put into a task or project will actually pay off?
Do you see your progress but wonder how it might look through someone else’s eyes?
For the last two years, I’ve been doing just that—quietly putting time and effort into a new riding horse, Rosabelle. I’ve taught her fun things like how to smile and sit down. She even mastered the “come get me” trick, which turned out to be incredibly useful for more than just easy mounting. But most of what we’ve worked on has been about keeping me safe and giving me something essential—a steering wheel and brakes.
Rosabelle is like a multi-layered wedding cake that’s still being decorated. What began as a few simple layers has been stacked, frosted, and adorned with roses, leaves, and frills—but it’s far from complete. Every now and then, we have to go back and do some touch-ups. Spirals, for example—she could have a bit more bend, and we’ll keep working on that.
I know how far we’ve come, and a small group has followed our progress, constantly encouraging me. But I was curious: How would Rosabelle respond when taken completely out of her element? Would all that groundwork and training hold up?
This past weekend, I had the chance to find out at a Trail Horse Test—a completely different and foreign vibe than anything we've done before. Our first challenge was simply getting into the indoor arena. We hesitated a bit at the black mats outside, and once inside, we were greeted by mirrors covering the entire back wall. Surprisingly, those were less intimidating than the mats. I do have to wonder what went through her mind when she saw her reflection for the first time!
This test was far more than just a trail course. It included groundwork, grooming, tacking, trailer loading, saddle work, and various obstacles. As I’ve asked more from Rosabelle—adding buttons for more precise movements—she’s become, well, more expressive. As one gal put it, “She’s spicy.”
When we wrapped up, I knew there were things we aced and things we didn’t. My goal was to achieve Junior Level and simply do our best at the Senior Level. By the end, I was fairly confident we’d reached Junior. Imagine my surprise and elation when the results came back—we earned Senior too!
The fulfillment that brought me is hard to put into words. To have a complete stranger—someone unbiased and unfamiliar—see and recognize our efforts meant the world. A few others offered kind feedback as well, confirming what I already knew deep down: we’re doing well, even with Rosabelle’s bit of “spice.”
What in your life are you patiently layering, decorating, and refining? Take a moment to recognize your own progress—you might be closer to your ‘Senior Level’ than you think. Growth takes time, courage, and trust. If you’ve been doing your own quiet work and wonder how it’s showing up, let’s explore it together.

How often does the race feel unwinnable—like you’re already behind before the game even begins?
Sometimes it feels like a storm rolling in, heavy and dark on the horizon, where you can see and feel the impending doom. Other times it creeps in silently, building in the background, waiting to strike when you least expect it.
I often feel this way myself. Like that clown in the circus spinning plates, I have to keep up the momentum or everything comes crashing down. It almost feels like part of my personal brand to juggle too much at once—but that doesn’t mean it’s good for me.
Recently, I wrapped up a mini course for equestrians, and one of the steps applies perfectly here: break something big into baby steps. This isn’t easy, because we all want to reach the finish line first. When I keep score, I tend to look at the half-finished project and only see what’s left undone. That storm of unfinished tasks makes the whole race feel overwhelming, even unwinnable. And that’s when I start to label myself a failure.
Breaking things down into smaller steps changes everything.
I’m a list girl—my lists even have lists. One of my big fall projects is opening part of my storage yard for Thor and Sol. The goal is simple: move their stock tank closer to power so I can run a tank heater this winter. But to get there, I first needed to organize and move everything out of the way. Horses don’t need to be stepping around rebar, railroad ties, or lumber—especially not a curious young c**t.
So, I pulled out my giant Post-it pad and broke the big task —“Open the storage yard”—into smaller steps:
• Organize and move stuff
• Measure for temporary fence
• Gather t-posts and hog panels
• Take down the dividing fence
• Finish hot wire
You get the gist.
And you know what? Crossing off those little steps this weekend felt incredible. I could see the progress build. I wasn’t stuck in the storm anymore—I was shifting the score in my favor. I was winning the race, one small step at a time.
And you can win your race too. I’ve got free time this week if you’d like some help figuring out how. Together, we can build a plan that helps you weather the storm, shift the score, and cross your own finish line.

I did a thing!!

I've posted about the challenges of creating this mini course a few times. After several trials and a bit of sacrifice, it's complete! They've uploaded it to their portal and is available to VIP Challengers. I'm very excited to get some feedback about it!

Thank you Horse Help With Michael Gascon for giving me the opportunity to share this with other horse owners who may be struggling with fear, doubt and a lack of confidence. Together, we are Breaking Through Barriers!

Happy First Day of School!

I’m participating with just two horses this round.

First up is Rosabelle!
She’s still spicy, sassy, and super smart—and wow, she’s really evolved through these past few challenges. I’m super proud of how far she’s come, but I’ve also discovered a few gaps that need some attention.

Goal #1: Straight lines.
I swear, this girl is like a drunken sailor! Round pen work went great, but once I moved into larger areas with only one fence line, “Bob and Weave” showed up in full force. Let’s just say, my ability to stay on at the canter got a solid test.

Goal #2: Disconnecting her feet from her nose.
Whenever I pick up a rein, she wants to step that direction instantly, which makes some of our more advanced skills a little trickier than they should be. If we can sort this out, it’ll really smooth the path forward.

We’ve also got the Trail Horse Test in October, so I’ll be chipping away at skills like backing through an “L” and sidepassing. None of it comes without a little pain (mostly mine, ha!), but that’s part of the journey—stretching, learning, and growing together.

And now for my second horse—Sol.
He just turned two at the end of July, and we’ve already had FOUR successful rides (and ZERO bad ones!). My goals for him are simple: keep progressing! One specific goal is correcting the way he tips his nose to the outside and bows his neck when we’re going counter-clockwise. Another is to convince him that the giant ball is for pushing, not climbing on, especially when I’m in the saddle—LOL.

Sol is still a stud c**t, which can make him a bit challenging at times, but he is truly super sweet. I’m giving myself a pat on the back for getting him under saddle before the Challenge even started. This program has boosted my confidence in working with and training young horses more than I ever imagined. Huge thank you to Team Gascon!

So glad to be here again… and of course, Wyoming weather seems to know exactly when Challenge season starts, because it’s raining!

✨ What about you? As this Challenge kicks off, what are you hoping to discover with your horse? Share your “first day” goals—I’d love to cheer you on too!

And to all my non horse followers, how do face challenges? Do you set goals?

I’ve been brainstorming a mini course for months. The idea came easily—it kept showing up as a common theme in the Horse Help Challenges I’ve been part of. Fear, self-doubt, and confidence seem to walk hand-in-hand with horses and horse owners. Whether it’s falling off after a spook at a puddle or standing unsure with a new horse, these three struggles tend to find us. I’ll admit—I’ve experienced all of them along my own journey.
It felt like the universe was nudging me toward creating a solution. The content flowed naturally, but simplifying it was the real challenge. I had to break things down into bite-sized pieces, with clear highlights for each slide. And then came the hardest part of all: making it personal.
Just reading from a script didn’t feel like enough. So, I locked my inner critic in a room and turned on the camera. All day, I bounced between two computers—one running PowerPoint and recording video clips, the other holding my script for me to memorize and read. Talking to the camera instead of a real client was strange at first. There’s no substitute for a one-on-one Gestalt session, but in a way, I became my own client.
Looking back, I realize how blessed I’ve been to always have the right person at the right time on my horse journey. That’s why I created this mini course—for the ones who feel stuck, who haven’t yet found that person. My hope is that these lessons will help someone take the next step forward with their horse—and with themselves.

Photo comment: Earlier in this session, we had a little ball mishap where I dismounted quickly. Ironically, my shirt says "No Bad Days" and it was very fitting!

To everyone out there creating mini courses, OMG!! Super kudos to you! I spent all day recording myself in snippets and creating slides. My brain hurts! I'm starving! And I think I might be a little cross-eyed! LOL
Thankfully, most of what is left is formating but I do need to re-record 2 segments, dang it!! Guess I'll don the same blouse and makeup tomorrow to recreate.
I've only worked with PowerPoint a few times and I've never recorded cameos in it so, all in all, I guess I didn't do too bad.
