Officially stocked up on these essiential oil nose rings, they are priced at $5 for one or 5 for $20. The 'breathe easy' has been very popular for those that get stuffed up while laying prone during their massage. Another favorite is the 'stress relief' for obvious reasons. I get many comments from people when it comes to this muscle. "Are you massaging my lymph?" "What is that?" "I've never had someone massage that muscle before."

Unless you have had trauma to the front of your neck then your body NEEDS SCM massage. (Your massage therapist should not be pressing down on this, more like a grabbing sensation) Often times people report of referrals to parts of the head where headaches stem from or just neck tension in general is relieved from this massage. This is one of my favorite muscles to address at home on myself for self care. Let me know if you'd like to learn how at your next appointment.

Happy August!

✨️Starting September my schedule will be going back to three days a week Tues, Wed, and Thursdays 10-4. I may have to adjust this as I go because I will need to leave earlier some days when I don't have someone to pick my daughter up from school in Williston.

My view for most of the last three days. Just finished up a 24 hour certification in Integrative Reflexology.
I am not yet licensed in this modality so I can't officially offer it on the menu but I will be adding a foot specific session to the online booking option soon! My future plans are to dive deeper into Reflexology and become licensed.
Attending these courses with beautiful minded massage therapists is always a treat, im grateful for this experience.

As many of you know I've been a little obsessed with neuroscience this past year. There are some ways I wanted to share with everyone how you can access brainwave technology at home for things like deeper sleep or concentration!

I have found many Spotify channels that do brainwave frequencies (so I can definitely play them for you during your next massage) or there are a little more spendy options like the Brain Tap which you can do your own research on.
