First class free. Just show up- no need to sign up.
We have spare mats if you need one. Relaxed, fun environment- no one does "perfect" yoga here.

A sound bath is peaceful crystal singing bowl music. You can spread out on the floor or use a chair (we have a few if you need one).

🎉Announcement: Willapa Wellness will be closed Thursday through Monday 5/22-5/26 for a conference. Yoga classes will resume on Wednesday 5/28 at 5:30pm (Slow Flow) and 7pm (Yin) and the next free community Sound Bath will be on Sunday 6/1 at 7pm. Come join us for peace of mind, fitness and mobility in June as well as a new Sunday kids' yoga class beginning mid-month. Have a safe holiday weekend, everyone. ✨️

This will be a challenging, yet beginner friendly stretch and strengthen class. No prior yoga experience required. This is a non-political/non-religious, relaxed space for everyone to check out and focus on the body.
