Just show up- no need to call ahead. I have mats, etc if you need them. First class is always free. We're super laid back and we can make space for anyone who thinks they're "not flexible enough" for Yoga. We have a pretty good, not too serious time together. Come get healthy🙏🏻

Coming Monday!! I am SO excited to bring this class into being and it's been a long time coming. This is a 45min class and will be customized to each student so everyone can participate. Feel free to DM/Call/Text with questions. This is a drop-in class, so no need to pre-register.

A sound bath is peaceful crystal singing bowl music. You can spread out on the floor or use a chair (we have a few if you need one).

The studio has moved to 312 Duryea where we're now sharing space with Denise of Timeless Talismans.
