Landmark of Rayne takes pride in working with a resident and his or her family with the goal of the best possible outcome, whether that means long-term care or specialized rehabilitation so that the person can return home. Philosophy of Service:

Our facility is managed to offer nursing and convalescent care. Our dedicated staff strives to respond to problems or sudden emergencies with sensitivity and skill. Our nurses are trained to monitor each resident’s physical condition and personal comfort. Our dietary department provides nutritious, appetizing meals carefully prepared, then served in a clean and comfortable dining room. The quality of life of our residents is as important to us as the quality of their care. We have carefully selected a staff that we feel will be caring, honest in their judgments, and eager to make the residents’ stay pleasurable. Our employees understand the importance of a kind word, a gentle touch, and the healing power of a smile. They must not only be competent, but compassionate. We are committed to the comfort and well-being of all our residents. We are a member of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association and licensed by the Department of Health and Hospitals.

🎉 Bingo Fun with Ms. Kira! 💛

🎱Last Saturday, our amazing ward clerk and CNA, Ms. Kira, volunteered her day to host a lively game of BINGO for our residents .

🍕With pizza and prizes, the room was full of smiles, friendly competition, and shouts of “BINGO!” that could be heard down the hall.

Help us celebrate our amazing Dietary Team by dressing up on theme each day:

Monday 10/6- MoMo Monday- Get your curlers and momos out of your drawer to show some appreciation for our wonderful Dietary staff. They put their heart into all the meals they provide for our residents. Let’s show off them momos.

Tuesday 10/7-Twin Tuesday-Let’s get creative with choosing your twin for the day. Come dresses alike or even total opposites, we all know some twins are not alike. Let’s show our support for our Dietary Team cuz they are always smelling up the kitchen with their amazing meals.

Wednesday 10/8- Wacky Wednesday- We don’t care if your hair is a mess and your clothes don’t match cuz their is no “MATCH” to your Dietary Staff, all their hard work and dedication never goes unnoticed. Thank you for all the great food.

Thursday 10/9- Tasty Treat- Let your mind go to work to bring out the creative side to come dressed as a part of your favorite food group. Our Dietary Team always serves up some amazing food groups. Like they say “They put everything in their food but the kitchen sink.”

Friday 10/10- Black Out-We need it to look like the lights are not on with all black attire. (Don’t forget the hair nets too.) Let’s show our Dietary staff how much we appreciate all they do and hard work and most of all dedication. We Love yall. You ROCK!!!

🎉Yesterday we welcomed a special guest to our Activity Team...our amazing administrator, Mr. Steven! He joined in to call BINGO, and our residents had a blast. There were plenty of laughs, lots of Bingos, and big smiles all around. Thank you, Mr. Steven, you rock! 🙌
