Ten years ago, I opened the doors to this studio with no grand plan…just a belief that movement could be about strength, confidence and community, not perfection.
Over the last decade, this space has held so much more than classes. It’s held friendships, comebacks, life transitions, hard days and strong ones. It’s watched bodies change, confidence grow and a community take shape that I never could have imagined in year one.
This milestone may look a little quieter than I once envisioned, but in many ways, that feels right. This studio has never been about the spectacle. It’s always been about the people who show up, again and again.
