Last night was sacred ❤️

Thank you to every couple who chose to spend Love Day in community, on the mat, and in intention. This flow was created with so much care to honor partnership, to celebrate love in all its forms, and to remind us that love is not rushed. Love pauses. Love listens. Love breathes 🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♂️

Together, we slowed down long enough to truly see one another. To move in sync. To soften. To support and be supported. To create space for connection, presence, and vulnerability -- without distraction. That is powerful. That is intentional love.

This being our very first couples flow makes it even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a more open, grounded, and loving group to guide. Your trust, your energy, and your willingness to show up for each other turned this experience into something unforgettable.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your love story -- if only for a moment. May you continue to pause together, choose each other daily, and move through life with the same intention you brought to the mat last night 🌹❤️✨️

This past weekend, we had the honor of leading a private SMOGA (smoke + yoga) session in celebration of one of our most consistent and cherished member's birthday, Nicole 🎂

SMOGA is more than a flow — it’s an experience rooted in presence, connection, and honoring life’s moments. A chance to slow down, breathe deep, move with intention, and celebrate life exactly as it is. Holding space for joy, reflection, and community is always the real magic. This Valentine’s Day, skip the crowded restaurants and reconnect in a whole new way -- a Couples Valentine’s Yoga Experience at the beautiful Stoney Creek Hotel.

We are excited to host an intentional evening designed to set the mood for gratitude, presence, and love between you and your partner.

This intimate, beginner-friendly yoga flow invites you to begin the evening by slowing down, breathing together, and reconnecting through mindful movement, trust-building partner poses, and shared intention. Starting your Valentine’s celebration with yoga allows space to arrive fully, release the day, and truly be present with one another.

Following the experience, couples have the option to continue the evening with an overnight stay at the beautiful Stoney Creek Hotel. A discounted room rate is available in collaboration with this experience for an additional fee, offering the perfect opportunity to extend the night and enjoy intentional time together.

We’ve been pouring our energy into one-on-one sessions with our yogis, creating space to guide individuals on their unique yoga journeys. These moments have been a true breath of fresh air—for our clients and for our team. This season of intentional quiet has also allowed us to reflect, reset, and prepare for a refreshed and aligned 2026.
