AirMedCare Network providers treat patients and transport them to the closest appropriate hospital with all out-of-pocket flight expenses covered for members only when transported by an AMCN provider. Air Evac Lifeteam is a participating provider in the AirMedCare Network (AMCN), an alliance among Air Evac Lifeteam, Guardian Flight, Med-Trans Corporation and REACH Air Medical Services. AMCN is America’s largest air ambulance membership network. Since 1985, we’ve been selling our memberships and have over 3 million members today. Our affiliate providers operate over 350 aircraft (fixed wing and rotor) in over 320 locations in 38 States across the country.

Membership is just $99 per year and covers your entire household, with discounted rates of $79 per year to seniors over age 60.
New memberships start 15 days after your completed application with payment is received; however, the waiting period may be waived for unforeseen events that occur during those 15 days.
