Please join us in welcoming our new Administrator, Kenneth O’Neil, better known as Kenny! We’re thrilled to have him stepping into this role and leading our team at Colonial Manor.🎉

At the same time, we want to congratulate Kelsey Knox on her transition into the role of Regional Director, where she will now be supporting both Colonial Manor and our sister facility, Deerfield Nursing & Rehabilitation.👏

Kelsey has done an incredible job as Administrator, and we’re excited to see her continue making a positive impact on both facilities in this new position.

What an egg-stra special day for our community! 🐣💛

Our community-wide Easter Egg Hunt was a huge success thanks to the collaboration of Colonial Manor Nursing & Rehab, Richland Medical Center, and Rayville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. We loved seeing so many smiling faces as children filled their baskets with eggs, visited with the Easter Bunny, and enjoyed all the fun!

A big thank you to the Start Junior High cheerleaders and Richland Parish Cotillion for helping make the day run so smoothly—and to Chills on Wheels for keeping everyone cool with their delicious snowcones! 🍧

Moments like these remind us how special our community truly is. 🌷🐰

Soaking up the sunshine and getting our hands a little dirty 🌿☀️ Our residents loved spending time outdoors, planting and bringing our summer garden to life in the raised beds!

A huge thank you to Walmart of Rayville for their generous donation of plants, soil, and planters — your kindness is helping our garden (and smiles!) grow 🌼💚
