TARA H. LAWLOR, DO, FAOCD and WAYLON STEELE, MSN, NP-C
Dr. Tara H. Lawlor is a board certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon. She is a Reading native and attended Central Catholic High School and The Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and later completed her dermatology residency training at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. She has been practicing since 2006. She sees patients of all ages for all skin presentations. Community involvement is important to her. She is involved in many activities and supports many local causes. Dr. Lawlor is a member of various local and national medical societies. Some of her hobbies include art, calligraphy and drawing. You can see her artwork displayed throughout the office.
Waylon Steele, NP-C is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology. He received a BS in Business Administration - Healthcare from The University of Georgia, followed by a BS in Nursing from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, and subsequently attended graduate school at Simmons University in Boston where he attained his MS in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Waylon is Board Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and he maintains an active membership with the Dermatology Nurses’ Association, the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, and the Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistant Society. Having spent the past 18 years specializing in dermatology, Waylon brings a wealth of knowledge to his Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology practice. He provides full-spectrum care to all age ranges and for all skin conditions. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling near and far, and is an avid learner, staying abreast of new and cutting-edge evidence-based treatment options and procedures.
