What an amazing evening supporting the John Paul II Center for Special Learning 2024 Legacy Gala. There were over 600 people in attendance all sharing in their own unique sentiment for such an impactful organization here in Berks County.

We have been so fortunate to have built a relationship over the years with this incredible school. This past year we have had the privilege of creating a partnership for work opportunities that we will build on. Justin, an upcoming Graduate this June will continue to grow in our company in his laundry duties - working in the heart of our operation to support our teams with clean linens & textiles that are used daily in both Residential & Commercial.

Every student has God-Given potential and it is an organization such as John Paul II with the love and dedication of the teachers, faculty, volunteers, parents & in collaboration with community leaders & supporters alike to allow that potential to shine. ✨

It was a pleasure to be a part of the Restoring Hope of Berks County 2022 build by donating our services prior to the big reveal this past Saturday.
Afterward, we enjoyed some lunch and local shopping at Plum Creek Farm. From the camaraderie during cleaning to the laughter at lunch (while introducing some of our employees to a local gem), we’d say it was a great weekend all around!

Today’s Employee Paychecks were accompanied with sunflower bouquets as part of a local fundraiser to support 3 year old Ryder Knechtle who was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. Our hearts and prayers go out to the Knechtle Family in support of their Son & Brother.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain personnel & reduce employee turnover by recruiting, selecting, orienting & assisting in the training process of the best qualified employees.
• Daily profit & loss statements (tracking daily hours & employee mileage).
• Payroll preparation & Submission to outside payroll service provider.
• Manages all aspects of Employee Financials including wages, raises, bonuses, earned vacation time, overtime & shift differential pay.
• Maintains the daily accounting of receivables and payables within entire organization.
• Work directly with company owner in designing & implementing company policies by establishing standards & procedures. Measure results against established standards. Implement any necessary adjustments/updates to policies.
• Oversee operational requirements by scheduling tasks & assigning employees. Following up on clients' experience.
• Understands client frequencies of services rendered as well as client requests & acts as liaison between service personnel and clients.
• Continuously improves professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing networks and participating in professional societies.
• Works directly with Company Owner in meeting financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, analyzing cash flow & initiating corrective actions.
• Contributes to entire team by working together with all personnel to accomplish related results.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Accounting Software (online preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

This past Saturday, 1/4 we had a Winter Employee Appreciation Gala at Mimmo’s Restaurant. It was a wonderful way to close out 2019 and start the New Year for our Employees and Guests. The night was full of delicious food & drinks, dancing, photo booth, raffle prizes and even company trivia for some grand prizes. Our employees truly shine and this was an evening for them to know just how important they are. 💚
