During the hustle of the holiday season, small acts of kindness have a big impact.

We are deeply thankful to The Nice Knitters of Muhlenberg for donating over 50 hand-crafted blankets — each one made with care, creativity, and love. These blankets will be part of our “welcome baby” baskets for expectant mothers in our Parents as Teachers and Nurse Family Partnership programs.

Their generosity brings warmth to families when they need it most. 💛

Today we have over 30 programs from foster care and adoption, Psychological Residential programs for teens, Independent Living Programs to help them transition to adulthood, and our award-winning Nurse-Family Partnership Berks County, where Registered Nurses provide support and guidance to mothers and help them navigate the developmental stages of their baby to address any physical, developmental or mental issue they may encounter.
