Health Resource Center at Reading Planned Parenthood Free 1:1 sex-ed to Berks County youth ages 13-19! Offering large group sexuality education sessions for your school or community group!

Today we say THANKS, BIRTH CONTROL!!! 😘

📝Birth control is not only about preventing pregnancy, but also regulating menstrual cycles, having lighter periods or none at all, helping with medical conditions such as endometriosis or PCOS, and more!

An while birth control is great, it should be a personal choice on which one to get, without pressure, coercion or external influences. And if one method is not working for you, guess what? You can totally change it! It's your body, it's your choice, it's your power 💪
