A new client came in for a Holistic Balancing facial yesterday and I put her to sleep like a lil baby. She was so relaxed she couldn't figure out how to get dressed after 🤣

nervous system is always listening, it’s the bridge between mind and body 🧠❤️
Stress starts in perception, moves through the nervous system, and shows up as tension, frantic energy, digestive issues, or mood swings.
The thoughts we repeat matter. Maladaptive patterns reinforce stress but adaptive affirmations help our nervous system regulate, ease tension, and restore balance.
