Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is located in quiet and residential West Reading. Our residents enjoy holiday celebrations, outings to the zoo and the movies, as well as walks, music and more.
Spruce Manor offers skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We provide rehabilitative services for post-surgical patients as well as cardiac/stroke recovery, IV therapy, wound care and more. Our interdisciplinary team, including physical, occupational and speech therapists, collaborates to create individualized treatment plans that maximize each patient’s healing and quality of life.
As part of Saber Healthcare Group, our facility provides Telemedicine technology to our residents. By using Telemedicine, our clinical teams can consult the patient’s attending physician at bedside, avoiding unnecessary emergency room visits and readmission to the hospital.
