Have we ever mentioned how grateful we are to all of our staff’s husbands?!! (And children)

Let’s face it, if we didn’t have them we couldn’t be up all hours of the night. We also get them to do some building work when needed.

A special shout out to Chad Weaver! (Spouse of staff nurse Lisa Weaver, RN)

Thanks for this amazing transformation of our rotten cellar door!

(Shout out to Xavier too!)

RE-PAVING PROJECT STARTS TOMORROW!!

Hello! We are repaving our driveway and parking lot starting tomorrow (9/11).

For Thursday clients, please be aware you may not be able to enter our lot from the front access driveway. You can still access our lot from the back alley off of Fern avenue. We will have limited spaces on the lot. Please use the back stone portion of our lot, or consider parking out front of our building on New Holland Road in front of our neighboring car lot. You can also park across the street on Park Avenue.

We will try to reach out to our clients via phone or message prior to their appointments for tomorrow.

Our gracious neighbors have agreed to allow our clients to use the front of their a lot as needed during repaving.

Thank you for your understanding!

Movement and exercise in pregnancy is so important! Not only does it help decrease the risk of developing high blood pressure and diabetes, it also helps alleviate symptoms from varicose veins and swelling, helps to regulate your insulin thus lowering your blood sugar, helps you to sleep better at night, and of course helps to make an easier labor and birth.

See below for the other things that movement and pregnancy can do for your unborn baby!

Prenatal movement isn’t just for your comfort — it’s stimulation for your baby’s developing nervous system.

From balance to coordination to regulation, these early sensory experiences shape how your baby adapts after birth.

Want to support your baby’s brain before they arrive? Let’s talk — link in bio to schedule your prenatal chiropractic visit.

We survived August! Thank you to our clients for being understanding during this time of transition with our midwifery team!! We truly appreciate you!

We were able to make some time to spruce things up a bit around the center. We hope you like it!

Lucy keeps all of our plants and flowers looking beautiful…. She definitely has a greener thumb than me!

Next Thursday and Friday (9/11-9/12) we will be resurfacing our driveway and parking lot, so if you have an appointment or come to center in labor we will be sure to update you on parking and entrance logistics.

Thanks again!
