There can be many factors that impact our mental health. I know for me that a rainy day can throw off my morning in a snap. Its important for us to recognize these shifts so we can better understand ourselves and our needs. For me a healthy breakfast and intentional movement help me to get out of that rut. DBTSkills. Emotion Regulation Module. DBT deals with all emotions and says that no emotions are ' bad' or ' good'.

We need the whole range. Including anger.
What we usually need to learn to do is manage our anger and learn to express it appropriately.
