Handwashing:
The CDC recommends washing your hands frequently and avoiding touching your face. Wash your hands when entering and leaving the home or community setting; when adjusting or putting on or off facemarks or cloth face coverings, or before putting on and after taking off disposable gloves, Also remember to wash your hands before, during and after preparing food, before and after care, and after using the bathroom.
Washing your hands with soap and water is the best way to get rid of germs in most situations. If soap and water is not readily available, you can use an alcohol based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
