What I enjoy about bowling is it requires consistency in your movements after you figure out what that is for the particular lane you are bowling on. Even then the lanes can change causing you to have to figure it out all over again in the middle of a game. I’m sure there’s a metaphor for life somewhere in there.

As leaders you we need to know how to adapt and change quickly. I had a plan for the hike last night but my hikers were crushing it so it changed in real time. Ended up shorter than I wanted yet also more difficult than I had planned out. I love having to be in sync with the people behind me.
