Exciting news at The Atrium at Navesink Harbor! We are pleased to welcome Tina Ferrante as our new Director of Human Resources.

Tina brings more than 20 years of HR experience in healthcare and senior living, most recently supporting teams at AristaCare in New Jersey. She’s passionate about creating workplaces where employees feel valued, recognized, and inspired—perfectly aligned with our mission to provide exceptional care and community for our residents.

On Tuesday, we hosted a lovely Veterans Day Celebration for our residents.💓 It was an emotional gathering that brought several to tears.

A special thank you to our amazing Chaplin Justin Czubkowski, for putting it all together! And to our men and women in uniform - past, present and future - thank you for your service and sacrifice.
