Today I had a Come to Jesus moment with a few 1:1 clients who hit a plateauā¦
They all told me the same thing about walkingā¦
āI havenāt had the time.ā
In my head Iām thinking š¤„
But hereās what I saidā¦
āHow about we schedule that mid-day walk that you used to love? You were SO good about it for months. What changed?ā
They tell me, āworkā and āI have so many other things I need to do.ā
Me: āSuch as?ā
Them: āKids activities, catching up on projects, etc.ā
I say with love, āIf your kid had a 12 pm doctors appointment, would you work through it?
Them: š³
Hereās the truth: You need to treat your habit like an appointment you would NEVER skip.
Youād never skip that 3-hour hair appointmentšš»āāļø
But scheduling a 15-minute walk is too much time?
Make it make sense.
This is why people hire me.
Iām not cutthroatā I just cut through excuses.
Sometimes you need a little tough love.
Not many coaches will give you that, but I will.
But instead of feeling offended, youāll feel SEEN.
Thereās a difference between criticism & a Come to Jesus moment.
My clients were GRATEFUL that I reminded them that theyāre worth a walking break (and many other things).
Coaching is an investment, but itās worth every penny to break your plateau & make sure you progress every. single. week.
With the right support, we lock-in your habits & RESULTSš
DM me āCOACHā if youāre ready for next-level support so you can start dropping weight & the excuses š
