We are looking for a Client Experience/Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our boutique aesthetic studio in Red Bank, NJ.

This role is ideal for someone who is polished, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences — while confidently guiding clients through services, skincare, and personalized treatment plans.

Position Focus:
• Creating a seamless, elevated client experience from start to finish
• Educating clients on treatments, services, and products
• Supporting consultative sales and helping clients commit to treatment plans ✨
• Managing front desk operations and daily flow
• Assisting with social media content and brand presence 📱

Position Requirements:
• Has 3+ years of front desk or client experience (preferably in aesthetics)
• Has strong sales ability and confidence recommending services + products
• Has a professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor
• Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
• Is detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Has familiarity with social media + content creation
• Is a team player with a positive attitude and desire to grow
• Has a strong interest in beauty, skincare, and wellness 🤍

Position Details:
• Part-time (2–3 days per week to start)
• Flexible scheduling
• $20–25/hour based on experience
• Bonus structure available after 6 months
