Steal this 3-step framework scientists use to solve any problem.

In just the 90 days the results might change everything.

The framework is simple:

Identify the problem
Create a hypothesis
Test it

And it works ridiculously well for building habits, fixing routines, and upgrading your mindset.

Let’s break it down and apply it to your life:

Step 1: Identify the problem.

What’s not working?

Where do you feel stuck?

Examples:

• Can’t stick to the gym

• Struggle to focus

• Constant tension in a relationship

Pick one.

Step 2: Form a hypothesis.

Ask yourself:

“What’s one change that might fix this?”

A new bedtime
A better to-do list
A short daily walk

Write it down.

Step 3: Test it.

Now run the experiment for 30 days.

Use a notebook or notes app as your lab journal.

Track:

• What you’re doing

• What’s working

• What needs adjusting

After 30 days, move to a new area of life.

Month 1: Focus on your energy

Month 2: Focus on your output

Month 3: Focus on your relationships

Each one gets a 30-day experiment.
