Thank you for trusting us as your massage therapy providers. Due to a large increase of last minute cancellations and no-show clients, we have implemented the following policies:
**Late Arrival Policy**
All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for us to stay on schedule. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension.
**Cancellation & No Show Policy**
We understand that emergencies, illnesses, and other such things can arise, but we kindly ask that clients reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the price of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the price of the scheduled service. These charges must be paid before your next massage can be scheduled. Inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges; however, this is to be determined at the practitioner’s discretion.
**Repeat Offenders**
Clients who are consistently late, cancel, or do not show up for scheduled appointments will be required to pay in full in advance upon booking any appointment or service.
