On Friday, we had our annual opening day shotgun season party. The residents hunted for their deer and took them to "check station". This year, the biggest buck goes to Robert Besher, biggest doe goes to Esther Williams, and Lorraine Koenigstein shot Bambi🫣😟 We always have fun with that winner. We enjoyed summer sausage, cheese and crackers while listening to our old country music 🎵. And of course, pictures!!!!

Today we recognized the Veterans/heroes of Garden Place. A prayer, announcement of our Veterans, dessert, and fellowship. We thank all Veterans for their service to our country. Thank you to the first grade classes at Chester grade school for the wonderful cards and pictures for our Veterans❤️🤍💙

😂On Friday, we enjoyed a comedy-magic show by Jeff Lefton. Many Residents were able to participate in the show which added to the fun! Everyone is still scratching their heads with "how did he do that?"
