✨ Updated Scheduling Policies ✨

Thank you so much for trusting us with your care — we truly value each and every one of our clients. 💆‍♀️

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments, we’ve implemented the following policies to better respect everyone’s time and keep our schedule running smoothly:

⏰ Late Arrival Policy
All appointments will end at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end as scheduled and you will be charged for the full session.

📅 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service will be charged
• No-show: 100% of the service will be charged

These charges must be paid before booking your next appointment.
Inclement weather exceptions may be made at the practitioner’s discretion.

⚠️ Repeat Offenders
Clients who repeatedly arrive late, cancel, or miss appointments may be required to prepay in full when booking.
