Every day, you go above and beyond to ensure that each resident feels heard, valued, and supported. Whether you are advocating for their needs, providing comfort during difficult times, or helping families navigate important decisions, your kindness and empathy shine through in everything you do.

🚐 Transit Driver Appreciation Day – March 18, 2026 🚐

Today we’re proud to recognize Travas Daniels, one of our amazing transportation team members here at Heritage of Webster County!

We do want to apologize for the delayed post—but please know that our appreciation for Travas is never late. We are grateful for him each and every day!

Travas has been with us for just over a year, and in that time he has truly become an invaluable part of our team. He’s someone we can always count on—showing up on time, stepping in at a moment’s notice for emergencies or last-minute appointments, and always ready to help wherever he’s needed.

What really sets Travas apart is his positive spirit. He’s always smiling, cracking jokes, and bringing a happy-go-lucky attitude to every trip. Time on the road with Travas is never boring—he connects easily with everyone, keeps conversations flowing, and offers comfort and kindness to those who need it most.

And his dedication doesn’t stop with transportation! You might also find Travas lending a hand with activities at the facility or spending time out on the farm with his wife, Bethany, enjoying life with their animals.

Thank you, Travas, for everything you do. We appreciate your hard work, your heart, and the joy you bring to our community every day! 💙

There's something special about creating something with your own hands.

Our residents put their woodworking skills to good use by building birdhouses. After assembling them with nails and glue, everyone enjoyed the calming and relaxing time spent painting them. The room was full of smiles, creativity, and great conversation. These beautiful birdhouses, made with care, will soon welcome some feathered visitors.

Last week our residents and staff had a Seuss-tacular time celebrating Dr. Seuss Week! 🎉📚 Each day brought a new theme, lots of laughter, and plenty of colorful fun around the facility.

🧡 Monday – “Seuss Color Explosion”
We kicked off the week by wearing our brightest neon colors to fill the halls with fun and energy!

💙 Tuesday – “Thing 1 & Thing 2”
Staff paired up to twin for the day. There were so many “Things” running around, it was hard to keep count!

🧦 Wednesday – “Fox in Socks”
Crazy socks were everywhere! The brighter, sillier, and more mismatched the better.

🌙 Thursday – “Oh, the Places You’ll Go”
Pajama day made the whole building extra cozy while we imagined all the wonderful places we could go.

💚 Friday – “Grinch / Who-ville Day”
We wrapped up the week wearing green or red and white, bringing a little bit of Whoville spirit to our facility.

From silly socks to neon colors, it was a week full of smiles, creativity, and fun memories with our amazing residents. Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make Dr. Seuss Week so special! ❤️
