Today we’re celebrating Business Administrator Day with a special shoutout to our incredible Business Office Administrator, Bethany Daniels! 🎉

Bethany has been a dedicated part of our facility since 2011, starting as a cook, then advancing to Dietary Manager, and continuing to grow into her current role as Business Administrator. Her journey is a true reflection of hard work, commitment, and heart.

She is a strong advocate for our residents and never hesitates to step in and help wherever she’s needed. Bethany’s willingness to support others and wear many hats makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of work, Bethany enjoys traveling the state with her husband Travas on passport missions, being a proud and smitten aunt, and embracing her farm girl roots while caring for her animals.

Thank you, Bethany, for all that you do—we are so lucky to have you! 💙

Please join us in giving a warm Heritage of Webster County welcome to our two newest team members who joined us in March 2026! 💙

Kara Menke (pictured left) is a brand new CNA who has already made a wonderful impression. In her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with friends and family, kayaking at the lake, and is working toward her goal of becoming a dental hygienist.

Katie Smith (pictured right) brings an incredible 17 years of experience to our team. Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her family, caring for her collection of jumping spiders, and is excitedly preparing to become a grandma for the very first time!

Our residents are already singing their praises, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have them both as part of our team.

Our Pie it Forward event was full of laughter, teamwork, and a whole lot of whipped cream! From the brave contestants who took pie to the face, to the amazing staff and supporters cheering them on , this event truly showed what it means to come together for a great cause!

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this event such a memorable one.

Please join us in congratulating Jenifer Turner, our Employee of the Month at Heritage of Webster County!

Jenifer is a Certified Medication Aide who has dedicated 8 years of service to our team. She is known for being hardworking, dependable, and an exceptional team player who can always be counted on. Her knowledge, dedication, and positive attitude make a difference every day—not only for her coworkers, but especially for our residents.

Jenifer is always smiling, brings positivity wherever she goes, and consistently goes above and beyond in her role. It’s no surprise that she was chosen by resident vote for this special recognition!

Outside of work, Jenifer enjoys traveling—especially riding on the back of a motorcycle 🏍️—and loves music of all kinds 🎶. She also cherishes time with her family and friends and has recently started bowling in a league 🎳.

We’re so excited to celebrate TWO sweet years of Heritage of Webster County! 💛 It’s been an incredible journey, and we couldn’t have done it without this amazing community.
