💙 Meet Our Therapy Team at Heritage of Webster County 💙
We’re proud to introduce the dedicated professionals who help our residents build strength, maintain life skills, and feel supported every day at HOWC.
🦵 Marissa Petsch, PT (Top Left) – Originally from Nelson, NE, Marissa earned her PT degree from UNMC and has served the Red Cloud community since 2018. She enjoys golfing, time with friends, and life as a busy wife and mom.
🖐️ Megan Clausen, COTA (Top Right) – From Downs, KS, Megan joined WCCH’s Therapy Department in June 2024. She brings a strong work ethic shaped by farm life and enjoys time with her husband and children.
🦵 Sara Macklin, PT (Bottom Left) – From Blue Hill, NE, Sara recently joined our team and enjoys riding horses with her daughters while helping residents regain strength and mobility.
🗣️ Amy Nash, SLP (Bottom Right) – From Deshler, NE, Amy joined us in 2024. Her passion and enthusiasm bring energy and dedication to our residents each day.
💪 Addie Minnick, RNA (Middle) – Addie started with us as a CNA in 2023 and advanced into restorative therapy. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, friends, and baking.

🖐️ Kaylee Tonnieges, OT – With us since 2024, Kaylee is engaged to be married this April. She’s known for her constant smile, calm demeanor, and determination to help everyone she works with succeed.
🖐️ Erin Tharnish, OTR/L – Also joining our team in 2024, Erin balances chasing after her son, Callum, with her passion for helping others grow stronger and more independent.
🦵 Cortney Koepke, PTA – Cortney stayed with us through our transition to HOWC in 2024. She’s always willing to step in when needed, thrives on doing better, and motivates residents and teammates alike with her positive attitude.
