Process to Stop Patterns

1. Awareness/Consciousness - No pattern can be changed without awareness. You must be aware of it to change it.

2. Approach with logic - Is what you are going through or feeling logical, reasonable or rational? If not it is DEFINITLY a pattern!

3. Are the problems stories or fact? - If they are fact they may not be a pattern, but if they are just stories without factual evidence they are definitely a pattern.

4. If they are stories then act against your emotions/ feelings. In other words don’t do what your feelings might have you do as the story is false and behaviors from this kind of feeling always compound the problem.

5. If it is fact then address with open clear communication.

It’s just because you have any other agendas and that’s going to be put into the secondary files. So you’ll keep flubbing up which is going to defeat what you’re actually trying to become anyway.
