Elevate & Play Yoga Studio Announcement

Did you know there is a new yoga studio in the village of Red Hook? Elevate & Play Yoga, nestled between Salvatore’s Pizza and Fringe salon, opened in late September 2025. Unlike other studios, Elevate & Play Yoga offers classes for every member of the family, from babies to senior citizens. What’s more— you may remember some of the teachers. Several also taught at Rainbow Body Yoga!

What do you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? - Mary Oliver

Even though I believe in reincarnation, this life is truly a miracle that we can experience as suffering or joy. In moments of hardship we can find the beauty in the pain and grief, transmuting all energies into something new. What I’ve learned in my many years practicing and teaching yoga and offering energy healing is that any issue is caused by stuck energy. How can we get the energy flowing once again after it’s formed a rigid pattern after so long?

For me, yoga, energy healing, meditation, nature, and allowing myself to be fully grateful, joyful, and experience life in all its wonders have been great ways to allow the energy to move and flow. How do you move stuck energy?
