It appears that winter is officially here….finally. And so is cold and flu season. That means we are past due to make Fire Cider!!! We really need this amazing wellness tonic. Join me in a zoom class to learn to make the time tested and powerful Fire Cider.
Learn how to make this potion, ingredient variations, and a little bit of Fire Cider history.
You can easily find recipes online as well honestly, but this way you get a bigger picture of the tonic benefits and can ask me questions. Always fun to make with a large group!!

Have had some people requesting herbal tea blends lately. That is one of my favorite things to do, so it seemed worth reminding everyone… I’m an herbalist that loves to blend teas for people! Just give me a shout and tell me what you need. I made one the other day for a friend and was thrilled when I noticed that I’d grown half of the herbs in my garden. So much abundance. Even in winter.
