So I just won the White Stag Ski Race!!! It’s been over 24 years since I last won it! 1999 was the last year. That’s 4 times I’ve won this race!

Crazy because last year I couldn’t race because my chronic neck pain was so bad I couldn’t imagine getting through it.

So grateful for my Qigong practice! I woke up at 5am today to practice so I wouldn’t let those limber kids beat me! Congrats to Tanner Steigemeister for winning the men’s overall! (He’s only 14, so watch out for him!)

Sad news. West Fork is closing in two weeks.😿Grateful but it’s the end of the road. For now.

In a nutshell I’ve got to get laparoscopic surgery in two weeks. With a 6 week recovery ahead, it’s just not feasible for me alone to keep running the micro-est of microbreweries.

Also it’s just not possible for me and my pain inducing degenerative discs to keep running the microbrewery. Ouch. 😢

Update as well, after searching for a week, I learned my cat/kitten Powder Stash had been hit & killed by a car. Grateful for this little guys patience for all the West Fork photo shoots I had him model for. R.I.P Stash. 😿🙏🐈‍⬛

Though making water kefir might not be in my future, making syrups based on the water kefir flavors I created is.
I will keep y’all posted.

Whatever happens in the future I want to say that I am so truly grateful for all the support over the years! Thank you to each and everyone of you.

I will be available over the next two weeks and still have water kefir in the can available. 🙏❤️🙏

Love this shop! Sounds cheesy but nonalcoholic water kefir pairs wonderfully with cheese & crackers! Especially the HIP BEETZ flavor paired with the Bleu D’Auvergne!🤤🥂
