Join Honoring Dakota Project, Red Wing Arts, and Winona community members in a meaningful crafting circle where the sands of He Mni Can and her twin sister, Heyaka Cokeya Owanka (Sugar Loaf) will be merged. This amazing community event will take place on Monday, February 16th from 5-7pm at Twin Bluff Middle School in Red Wing.
