We are pleased to present the 2026-2028 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), a community-driven plan designed to improve the health and wellbeing of Goodhue County residents. The CHIP provides a roadmap for how government agencies, schools, nonprofits, and healthcare providers are addressing three priority health areas identified by the community.

Ruby's Pantry announced on Tuesday (3/31) that they would no longer be operating.

If you are struggling to afford food there are multiple food shelf's in Goodhue County. You can use this site https://www.findfoodgoodhuecounty.com/ to locate food resources.

Important update, please read.
We were notified that Ruby’s Pantry made the decision to discontinue distribution at all locations. This was unexpected news that we are passing along to all of you.

We have enjoyed this outreach program and know that it has been a blessing to many families in the community. Thank you for your support over the years.

Students that typically might not be able to experience the joys of walking to school with friends, will get the opportunity once a week until May 13th (weather permitting).

This year, Burnside Elementary’s start date is scheduled for April 29, which is slightly later than the start dates for Sunnyside Elementary and Twin Bluff Middle School.

That extra activity in the morning will help students prepare and be ready to learn once they arrive in the classroom.”
