❄️ Need a little extra support this winter? ❄️

NAMI Southeast Minnesota's Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Support groups offer an opportunity to gain insight from hearing the successes and challenges of others, and follow a structured model to ensure that everyone's voice is heard.

There are two support groups currently meeting in our area, and more are expected to be starting soon! Check out the flyer below for details on these support groups. No registration is required.

Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center is hosting a FREE Community Naloxone Training on Thursday, December 18th from 10am-11:30am at the Red Wing Peer Support Network, located inside the old Red Wing Armory Building.

Naloxone is a life-saving medicine that can rapidly reverse an opioid overdose.

ALL are welcome and no registration is required.
