🌟 December Employee Spotlight: Reba E! 🌟
This month, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on Reba Ellis, a compassionate and dedicated member of our Deer Crest team. Reba began her career in senior care at just 17 years old, and her heart for helping others has only grown since.
Reba shared that while caregiving can be challenging at times, “putting myself in their shoes makes it easier to care for them.” She loves getting to know our residents and their families, and it shows in the meaningful connections she builds every day.
Outside of work, Reba is endlessly creative—she has taught herself to knit, crochet, and sew! She says, “When I want to learn something, I challenge myself to learn it. My dad always said, ‘Don’t stop until you finish.’ I’ll never be finished learning new things.”
