2026 Canine Veterinary Medical Manipulation Session 2: Canine Volunteers Needed!

There will be small groups of veterinarians who will learn and review the techniques of spinal manipulation on your dogs. Your dog will receive a free adjustment at the end of the session, dogs with skeletal issues with greatly benefit from this lab. No herbals are provided for any of the labs.

Requirements

***Please read the following information carefully, if you're unsure if your dog meets the following requirements email us or give us a call.***

It is required that all dogs for this class are well behaved, clean, patient, flea-free, okay with being touched all over, and are well-behaved around other dogs (non-aggressive). Please do not sign up if your dog has the potential to be aggressive or if they are intolerant of being touched and handled by people. The safety of our students is extremely important.
If your dog is a new volunteer for our labs, we will require a copy of your dog’s up-to-date Rabies Vaccinations. You must send this to lab@chiu.edu before the day of the lab.

These labs will take place at The Chi University Learning Facility on the left side of the driveway.

When you arrive, please follow the designated signs for parking and lab entrance. You will proceed to the check-in desk and will be escorted to your lab room.
*Please be sure to keep your dogs on a close leash at all times (no retractable leashes allowed) and avoid any interactions with dogs you do not know, at least a 2ft safe distance.
