‎There is a major re-set happening. If you are feeling tired, spaced out or experiencing inertia, fear not, this is a temporary state of being whilst this reset continues. Many of us are now winding up all of our old karmic and completed or redundant soul contracts, our habitual ways of being and doing. The pictures of reality that we have lived with for so long are now changing and the new ones are not yet known. In fact, most likely there will never be the same kind of certainty that most of us have grown up with ever again. We are now entering an age of emergence – where we are living in the moment, navigating by our senses – learning to go with what feels good, our intuition, our desires and our inner knowing.Life is going to be very organic which means our old ways of doing things and how we see life is going to be vastly different. We are going to need to know how to be in flow with the evolutionary impulse as well as our own cyclical nature and this is something that will feel pretty alien to many. We will be learning how to stay true to ourselves whilst at the same time re-purposing our skills and experience to serve in a new, more collaborative way than we have before. At this time, plenty of rest, good nutrition, time in nature and contemplation or journaling activities can be supportive in helping us integrate whilst this major re-set is happening. These can be times when we feel great loss and it is important to let the tears fall even when we are not sure why we are crying. At a soul level, much is changing and re-orienting. This takes time and energy. We are on the brink of a golden opportunity to do things differently to how we have before. A child like stance of curiosity and willingness to try things out are helpful at this time. Above all, kindness and patience. For ourselves and for each other. E N E R G Y U P D A T E ~Purifying energies pouring in the last 24-48 hours, straight down via the Crown Chakra. It’s bringing up aspects of the pain body. It’s akin to the feeling of being tossed around in a powerful river, lungs bursting, struggling to work out which way is up, and where the light and air is. Symptoms are extensive, including nausea, fatigue, head fuzziness/pressure/ spaciness/ dizziness, anxiety, hip/ lower back pain, nervous system dis-regulation, stomach upsets and sugar/ carbs/ substances cravings.This spaciness is due to the fact that right now, you are on this earth, but also feeling the outer cosmos. There is a VERY strong pushing feeling of needing to to go somewhere else or being shown other places, without knowing where that place is. All areas of your life are being turned 360 degrees so you can get a really, really good look at them from multiple angles. It’s hard to discern what is bringing the joy or lack of right now - things might feel a bit out of focus or in the grey area. No need to make any fast decisions, take your time. Big questions permeate the mind, like ‘what do I want in my life’, ‘am I on the right path’, ‘what do I need to change to be more happy’, ‘should I stay or go’, ‘where are my soul family’, ‘where is my home’, etc.Every time these questions arise, the focus swings back to self and the now. It’s a somewhat harrowing yet honest reflection - as we can only control ourselves, and our own choices in this present moment. Everything else is merely an illusion, including the future or notion of control. You may be left feeling rather discombobulated, discontent and disillusioned… But don’t worry, nothing is going wrong! It’s all part of the 2022 Lions Gate portal. Energies peak on 8/8 but will continue for a period after that. ~The Conscious Tribe

You might experience heavy pressure in your body, especially the head, sinuses, third eye, the jaw and also the neck. The energy coming into the system through the crown chakra is going down the body/chakras but it is not able to exit the system through the base chakra to get out the old energy that is staying within the system. Having both energies within the body - the high and the low frequency energy - can cause even more pressure and make you feel annoyed, angry, sad, irritated, etc. The energy and the lack of action we have felt in the last few days/hours (the feeling we are stuck within the bubble) is shifting. The base chakra doesn’t let through the high frequency energy as fast as it could and should go because it is time for us to clear another layer of family line (primal/base family) fears, wounds and blocks that are stored, programmed into the base chakra. This is happening on the collective level too which means we are clearing for the collective too and making sure we reach a certain frequency until the solstice that will enable us to rise to a higher level Collectively. The full moon that is coming up in a few days will push us into the clearing/healing mode even more. 💛
