Michael is a member of our personal training program and we selected him because he’s been showing up consistently and setting the standard for what dedication looks like 🙌
Here’s what he had to say about his fitness journey:
“I have been off and on with fitness for the last decade. I’ve done personal training, switched to doing it myself and started and stopped by myself countless times. Eventually something always happens like getting sick that derails everything. Having the monthly check in with the body scan has changed everything for me. When I didn’t think I made enough progress in 5 weeks the scan told me the opposite. Before joining this gym in June my heaviest was 200lbs at around 30% body fat and now I’m 3-4 disciplined weeks away from hitting my goal of 15% and around 168ish pounds! A huge thank you to Caleb and Colin for all the sweat and complaints!“
