Achieving your goals comes from mindset.

Your goal and your why are NOT the same.
Lose weight.
Have more energy.
Be consistent.
Get back in shape.
Those are the goals.
But the root runs deeper.
Avoiding mirrors and photos.
Being too tired to be present.
Starting over again and again.
Feeling disconnected from who you know you’re capable of being.
Identifying that deeper why is where real change begins.
Without it, the cycle of avoidance, procrastination, and disappointment continues.
Who are you becoming if nothing changes?
