Cari has been a member with us for a few years, and she’s been crushing it! Her dedication and perseverance have paid dividends and it’s been a joy for us to witness her journey.

We’re officially halfway through the holiday season 🎄

And if you’re like most of us, you’ve already enjoyed some great food, family time, maybe a little extra dessert… and that’s exactly how it should be.

But here’s the reality — you can enjoy the holidays without “checking out” on your health until January...

Holiday season comes every year. And for many, health goals get put on hold. But we’ll challenge you for the rest of this season to keep the momentum.

ENJOY the holiday season and all that comes with it, while continuing to prioritize self care along the way.

Remember, true health is a lifestyle. One that is practiced year round.

Consistency is key 🔑

Quick fixes are fleeting… You’ve probably experienced this before.

You lose the weight in 6 weeks, just to gain it back 6 weeks later… and on and on the cycle goes 🔄

The key to losing the weight, gaining the muscle, becoming more mobile, or whatever your goal might be - is consistency.

Make a plan that’s sustainable and keep chipping away. One day, week, month at a time.

Real health isn’t found in a 6 week boot camp, but in leading a healthy lifestyle.

Glenn would know. He’s been living the lifestyle for 35 years and counting!

Michael is a member of our personal training program and we selected him because he’s been showing up consistently and setting the standard for what dedication looks like 🙌

Here’s what he had to say about his fitness journey:

“I have been off and on with fitness for the last decade. I’ve done personal training, switched to doing it myself and started and stopped by myself countless times. Eventually something always happens like getting sick that derails everything. Having the monthly check in with the body scan has changed everything for me. When I didn’t think I made enough progress in 5 weeks the scan told me the opposite. Before joining this gym in June my heaviest was 200lbs at around 30% body fat and now I’m 3-4 disciplined weeks away from hitting my goal of 15% and around 168ish pounds! A huge thank you to Caleb and Colin for all the sweat and complaints!“
