We want to let our patients know that our provider is still out, which means we are currently unable to bill private insurance other than Medicare.

At this time, we can only accept:
💳 Self-pay
🏢 Employer-paid
⚒️ Workers’ Compensation
🩺 Medicare

We will be open tomorrow, Saturday 10/25/25, but we are only able to see self pay and Workers Compensation patients. Our new provider is not yet credentialed with private insurance. You can opt to sign a waiver and pay out of pocket if you have private insurance and want to be seen. We are working as quickly as we can to get her credentialed!

Pulse Urgent Care is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy urgent care team. This position is full-time, with the possibility of being temporary depending on clinic needs.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion

Verify insurance and collect copays

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow

Assist with administrative tasks and support clinical staff as needed

Maintain confidentiality and ensure a smooth front office operation

Requirements:

Previous front desk or medical office experience preferred but not required

Strong typing and computer skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule:
Full-time; hours may include weekends or evenings depending on clinic hours.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate.
