We would like to congratulate Kristi Morales, Substance Use Counselor, as our March 2026 Employee of the Month! 🎉

Kristi received this award for the following reasons:

She constantly goes above and beyond to meet patients where they are. She holds a great deal of compassion for her patients and for those in recovery as a whole, showing them they have a choice and a voice in their recovery journey. 💙

She has co facilitated our recovery group therapy sessions for the last 2 years, where her clinical growth and comfort with counseling skills have flourished. 🌱

She has created a warm, welcoming, and culturally rooted space in the Two Red Road groups we hold weekly. Even on her days off, she prioritizes the circle and will come in for that hour to ensure it can take place for participants who consistently show up. 🪶
